The Grand Spa at Rome Cavalieri covers 2500 m2 and includes a Turkish bath, saunas, an indoor swimming pool with a fireplace, and a solarium. The hotel has three swimming pools: two outdoor and one indoor, plus a dedicated children's pool. Fitness facilities include an 800-metre fitness trail with Technogym equipment and two red-clay tennis courts.

Rooms & Imperial Club

All rooms at the Cavalieri Hotel Rome have private balconies with views of either the gardens or Rome's historical centre. Imperial Club rooms on the 7th floor grant access to a lounge with city views, open daily from 07:00 to 20:00. The hotel is undergoing a bedroom restyling project starting January 2026, carried out discreetly to maintain guest service.
